Brilliant ruby red with dynamic red berries and cherry flavours. Vivacious persistence and nice spicy taste in the mouth. Beautiful vanilla touches give length to the wine.

COTTACCIO
CHIANTI SUPERIORE D.O.C.G. Sangiovese 100%
Cottaccio is a wine which presents itself with a great impact. This wine has a pleasant concentration of aromas ranging from ripe red fruit to spiciness and hints of vanilla and toasted nuts which compose a bouquet of great persistence and elegance. Their typical local characteristic bonds the wine perfectly with the renowned and historical Sangiovese grape and gives the wine a lot of personality.
DOMENICO CAPPELLI
CHIANTI RISERVA D.O.C.G. Sangiovese, Merlot e Colorino
A deep purple edged ruby red of impressive brilliance. The initial bouquet of wild berries and dark cherry gradually yield to the slightly more intense impressions of sage rosemary, vanilla and cinnamon. Completing the experience is a spicy, tannic and persistent freshness of black pepper and cocoa.
CINQUANTA
ROSSO TOSCANA I.G.T. Sangiovese, Merlot, Tintoretto
Celebrates Fattoria Sant’Appiano’s 50th Anniversary. A deep ruby tint announces the remarkable complexity of the intense flavors of dark wild berry, piquant spice and smooth pipe tobacco. The palate is subtle but dense with silky rich tannins providing intensity yet pureness.
MONTELORO
ROSSO TOSCANA I.G.T. Sangiovese e Colorino
This full-bodied and aristocratic red wine is matured over a long period in oak barrels and obtains its refinement in the bottle. “Monteloro” has a complex bouquet of velvet harmony; it is full-bodied with a long-lasting finesse. This important red wine is ideal with spicy dishes.
CIPRESSAIA
ROSSO TOSCANA I.G.T. Merlot 100%
Deep red, luminous and intense. At first a rich wealth of wild web berries greets the nose followed by a multitude of spices. The elegance of the tannins supple and compelling, is striking. The well balanced harmony of the various flavors gives an out of the ordinary pleasantness.
S’A’
ROSSO TOSCANA I.G.T. Syrah 100%
The S’A’ has a lovely and intense ruby red color with purple highlights, the typical tonality for a wine of this variety. Liquorice, tobacco and black pepper dominate the nose along with hints of chocolate and ripe fruit. Balanced and elegant, its supple tannins make the length and persistence on the palate highly pleasurable.
DIVINUM
VIN SANTO
The grapes are placed in a ventilated room for about six months, after which they are softly pressed. With a very deep amber colour, the bouquet is intense and clean, very pleasant and nose with a scent of raisins and candied fruit followed by honey, vanilla and dry fix with hints of walnut and coffee. It has an intense and profound body with a good balance between the freshness of the flavors and the heat of its alcohol. The finish is long and extremely pleasant.
TANALUPA
BIANCO TOSCANA I.G.T. Sauvignon blanc e Petit manseng
The excellent fragrance of the grapes allowed us to obtain a full bodied yet “soft” wine of great balance and a rich bouquet. It is fragrant, has a solid structure and the right amount of alcohol content. Straw yellow in colour, the scent is floral but with a warmth which reminds mature fruit.
AUREUS
OLIO EXTRA VERGINE DI OLIVA
Varieties: Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino, Correggiolo e Pendolino.
Our extra virgin oil has several virtues and a particular care is given each phase of production. It has a brilliant green colour with golden undertones. Its perfume is of fresh country herbs with a hint of artichoke hearts and eggplant. It is full bodied and slightly sharp, with spicy and herbal undertones.
SECRETUM
ROSATO TOSCANA I.G.T. Sangiovese 100%
The process of a brief pressing of the peels combined with white wine gives our rosè a very light salmon colour. The fruity bouquet and its freshness makes it a very pleasant wine to drink. It is perfect as an aperitif and goes well with hors d’oeuvres, fish, white meats and cheeses.
