The antique Fattoria of Sant’Appiano produces an excellent Chianti wine, olive oil extra virgin and Grappa. The winery lies in the heart of the Chiantigiana area of Tuscany . Using the narrow, windy roads which are characteristic of the landscape, you find dotted upon hills church towers and hamlets such as Sant’Appiano and Linari ( 1 km away from the winery ) you believe to be set back into medieval times. Situated in between the two most important cities of Tuscany Florence and Siena both about a 20 minute drive away.

The eight apartments have been restored over the years: two apartments are direct in the Villa of the winery, two you find in the village of Sant’Appiano and four are in a newly restored barn nearby the swimming pool.

The apartments are comfortable furnished in a simple Tuscan farmers style with modern amenities so that our guests will feel at home in a pleasant and comfortable surroundings. Enjoy a pleasant day under the green shade of a olive tree near the swimming pool or discover the surrounding landscape on foot, bicycle or on the back of a horse.
